April 2011 Cayenne Pepper for Acute and chronic conditions

Hello fellow Elks, the next 1st Friday of the month I will be at a
table in the Atrium area offering tips on self care that you can do at
home. This month is all about Cayenne Pepper as a major first aid tool
and circulatory manager.

If someone has an heart attack or a stroke, wouldn’t it be very
helpful to know what to do besides call 911? After you call 911 while
they are on their way you can be proactive for the victim by giving
them cayenne orally.

It would be best to have a preparation ready (which I will show you
how to make on Friday April 1st during the monthly Fish Fry).
If you don’t have a prepared preparation.

1) Go into the kitchen and find cayenne pepper (most kitchen have it)
2) Quick as possible get a cup, pour the cayenne in and add water,
mix, and give them it orally.
3) That might sustain them until help arrives.

That way you don’t have to feel totally helpless as your loved ones
life is compromised.
Cayenne is a circulatory food herb that is very powerful and has many
medicinal uses. I will show you more uses at the talk on Friday Fish
night, I don’t go anywhere without it.

SUPERTONIC
Food is medicine create your own completely natural antibiotic!!!

Supertonic is an all natural, organic herbal tincture designed specifically to boost the immune system while fighting off the”bad guys”. Just a dropperful or more daily of this herbal remedy can assist your body in getting well.
1) Great for prevention or proactive activity when a cold/flu hits.
2) Take one or more dropperfuls once daily for prevention (you can even put it on your salad tastes like an Italian dressing)
3) Take on the hour if you already have symptoms.
4) It is a food so you can eat as much as you like.
5) Will kill germs
6) Boosts your circulation
7) Takes the stress off the immune system
8) Builds up your strength

You will need: All Organic food, apple cider vinegar, blender, bowl, cutting surface, knife, strainer, dropper bottles, label.

Equal Parts (except the Habaneros)

1. Garlic, a few bulbs
2. Ginger, a large root
3. Cayenne or Habanero peppers, amount depends on your tolerance level. Usually 3-5 peppers for every 32 oz bottle of vinegar. The hotter the better!
4. Horseradish root, a large root
5. White Onion, a couple large bulbs or a few smaller ones
6. Raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar; this is the base of the tincture. 1-2 bottles depending on how much you are making

Destroys any virus, any bacteria, any pathogens, anything that will hurt you
It strengthens your body
Natural antibiotic

(Two greatest herbs to boost your circulation, to get the blood all over your body)
2. Ginger
Drives blood to the extremities
Blasts circulation

3. Cayenne
(Habaneros, Serranos, hottest)
Blasts the circulation
Drives blood throughout body
Breaks up the blockage to heal you

4. Horseradish Root
Goes right to the head opening up any congestion

5. White Onion
Next of kin to Garlic
Back-up for Garlic

6. Apple Cider Vinegar

After gathering the herbs:

Peel the onion and garlic, chop ingredients somewhat so they will blend better.
Place all ingredients in a blender, cover herbs with apple cider vinegar, fill till it floats, blend until everything is thoroughly chopped and appears pulpy.
Pour mixture through a cloth or strainer. Squeeze the “juice” into a large bowl
Transfer the tincture into a glass bottle or jar with a tight lid and label it with the date it was made along with the ingredients
Store in a cool, dark place such as a cabinet or shed.

It is typically ideal to make your herbal tinctures on the NEW MOON, and pour them off on the
FULL MOON. It is also a good idea to let the concoction “brew” for about 2 weeks or even longer, shaking the jar at least once daily. However, this recipe is also very effective if needed to be used immediately.
