Jump start your New Year by renewing your body mind and spirit! This transformational month-long workshop will empower you with the tools and knowledge for increased energy, balance and clarity for the New Year and beyond.
The program will assist each participant to gently cleanse, especially after holiday excess, identify healing strategies based on current conditions and goals, and implement healthy habits that will last a lifetime! Come learn more then you ever knew about your own body, mind, and spirit.
